Originally built in 1988, This hillside home in Portland, OR was experiencing cracking in the exterior foundation wall. After diagnosing the problem, the team at Foundations First NW determined that stitching and filling the vertical crack would be the ideal, and most cost-effective solution. The stitches will prevent any future expansing while the epoxy in the crack will prevent water entry and future compression of the crack.
